18% silk, 82% rayon velvet. Sleeveless bias halter silhouette. Cowl neck at front with low scoop at back. Self neck ties seamed into the top of the shoulder seams, with matching fringe seamed into the tie ends. Ties can be worn wrapped to the back or tied at the front. Bias seams across the front and bottom of the skirt. Invisible side seam zipper with hook-and-eye at top edge. Fully lined.
